  1. Arrival and airport welcome in Dakar. A member of the local team or the designated driver meets you at AIBD and takes you to the agreed hotel. The priority is rest after your flight; any first discovery is optional. Morning room access is only included when it is confirmed in your booking summary.

Yes. Solo travelers can ask to join the group. Choose a private room, travel with a companion in a twin room, or ask our team to explain the room options available. We do not confirm a roommate automatically, and we explain the full price before you book.

Cancellation & refunds

You can cancel at any time. Cancellation fees depend on how many days before departure you cancel:

  • 56 days or more before departure: no fee. Any deposit is kept as travel credit.
  • 31 to 55 days before departure: 30% of the total amount.
  • 15 to 30 days before departure: 60% of the total amount.
  • 14 days or fewer before departure: 100% of the total amount, no refund.

No refund is due for unused services once the trip has started. To cancel, contact us by email or WhatsApp with your booking reference.
