1. Services sold on the platform
Safari Senegal sells tourism services in Senegal: day trips, private tours, group departures, private driver services, airport transfers and tailor-made multi-day itineraries. These are service bookings; no physical goods are shipped.
2. Customer identification and KYC
For each booking, we collect the information needed to identify and contact the customer: full name, email address, phone number, number of travelers, travel date, pickup location and service requested. For custom trips, high-value bookings, corporate bookings or when required by regulation or risk review, Safari Senegal may request additional information such as identity details, hotel information, company details or travel documents.
3. AML/CFT controls
Safari Senegal does not accept anonymous bookings for paid services. We may refuse, suspend or cancel a booking when the customer cannot be identified, when the payment appears inconsistent with the requested service, or when we detect suspected fraud, abuse, sanctions risk, money laundering or terrorist financing risk. Suspicious cases may be escalated to the payment provider or competent authorities where required.
4. Transaction security
Online payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers such as PayDunya. Safari Senegal does not store full bank card numbers on its servers. Payment pages, callbacks and confirmations are handled through secure HTTPS flows and server-side verification before a booking is marked as paid.
5. Invoices and payment records
Each confirmed booking receives a booking reference and a written confirmation by email, WhatsApp or through the website. Payment records are kept internally. A receipt or invoice can be provided on request for each payment or transaction.
6. Cancellation, refunds and complaints
Cancellation and refund conditions are described in our Terms & Conditions and may vary by product. Complaints can be sent to [email protected] or WhatsApp +221 76 406 21 31. We review requests with the booking reference, customer identity, payment status and service delivery information before confirming any refund or adjustment.
7. Responsible use charter
Customers must use Safari Senegal services for lawful travel purposes only, provide accurate booking information, respect local laws, guides, drivers, communities, wildlife and heritage sites, and avoid any abusive, fraudulent or unsafe behavior. Safari Senegal may refuse service if safety, legality or respectful conduct is compromised.
