The Bandia safari is scheduled on Saturdays from Dakar. Check the available dates in the calendar. Departure is confirmed from 5 bookings. If the minimum is not reached, we notify you at least 48 hours beforehand and offer a free reschedule.
What is the price of the Bandia safari?+
55,000 FCFA per adult, 25,000 FCFA per child aged 3 to 12, free for under 3. Payment is in cash on departure day - no pre-payment required at booking.
Where is the meeting point in Dakar?+
The meeting point is Dakar TER Station at 09:00. The exact address and a map are sent by email and WhatsApp after booking.
Is hotel pickup in Dakar included?+
Hotel pickup is not included but can be arranged as an option for 2,000 to 5,000 FCFA depending on your zone in Dakar, paid in cash on the day. Reach out on WhatsApp to confirm before booking.
What animals can I see at Bandia Reserve?+
The reserve is home to giraffes, zebras, rhinos, antelopes, buffalo, ostriches and warthogs, among other species. Your guide helps you spot them from the vehicle. Animals move within the reserve and no specific sighting can be guaranteed.
Is lunch included?+
Lunch is not included. A break is planned at Bandia after the safari so you can eat at your own expense before returning to Dakar.
Is it suitable for kids and families?+
The safari takes place in a vehicle, with little walking. A Safari Senegal host accompanies the group throughout the trip. Please give the children's ages when booking so we can prepare for their visit. Bring a hat and sun protection.
How do I cancel if my plans change?+
Since nothing is paid at booking, simply notify us on WhatsApp as soon as possible. We'll release your seat to another traveller. No cancellation fees.
